( About the Grade: this book is in better condition then 9.8 , hard to believe since
9.8 is Super high to begin with, but the book is flawless and probably the best condition book
i currently have. by CGC standards , i dont see how it didnt grade a 9.9 or maye even a 10.0
And im A Very super Strict Grader. )
